Administration, support and maintenance of the Company’s technology infrastructure and practice management software. Resolves issues through problem solving and research.
Responsible for WebEx, audio/video and meeting set up.
Assist in the installation and maintenance of software used throughout Company.
Install new phones and program extensions.
Install, maintain and manage the security system.
Install new and repaired computer technology.
Repair all computer systems and related electronic equipment.
Replace hardware such as; disk drives, printers, cables, scanners, etc.
Perform warranty service, preventative maintenance and cleaning on all computer equipment.
Maintain a close partnership with departmental teams to ensure computer needs are satisfied in a timely fashion.
Troubleshoot general network issues.
Performs other job duties as assigned.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Diploma in the field of computer technology, electronics, or related field is desirable.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office 2003/2010/2013/2016.
Experience and familiarity with current Windows 7, 8, and 10 operating systems preferred.
Experience and familiarity with current Apple IOS and OS X operating systems preferred
Experience and familiarity with current Android KitKat, and Lollipop operating systems preferred.
Established experience in diagnosing and resolving technical problems with software and hardware systems preferred.
Hands on knowledge of IT systems which include: Windows workstations and entry level server management preferred.
Experience with Apple and Mac support desirable.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Must be able to work in a quick response environment.
Must have a valid driver’s license due to required travel.
