The ideal person for this position is someone who:
• Can demonstrate ability to develop well-written test plans and test cases
• Can demonstrate ability to execute test cases and ad hoc testing
• Can demonstrate skills to critically review, analyze, interpret, and synthesize information/data
• Has an understanding of QA processes, approaches, methodologies and the software development life cycle
• Experience with validating data source to target (all structured/relational)
• Experience Testing ETL process, data in motion


Core Responsibilities:
• Design, implement and maintain test scenarios, test cases and test data
• Responsible for performing integration testing, functional testing, user interface testing, and data testing
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server. Able to write simple queries, understand basic database architecture; can incorporate data validation and data mining into test activities
• Identify, analyze, and document defects, questionable functions, errors, and inconsistencies in software program functions, outputs, online screens, and content
• Contribute to software program documentation
• Provide production support of software products by investigating and recreating reported defects
• Provide user support for software via email and phone


Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree with one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills


Preferred Qualifications:
• Knowledge of relational database concepts and SQL
• Experience with automate test tools such as Microsoft Test Manager, SOAPUI, and Selenuim
• Experience with Microsoft Team Foundation Server
• Experience working in an agile software development life-cycle
• Experience in Big Four or large third party corporate Auditing
