As a member of the Business Enablement Services team, provide oversight and administration of the client's International Clarizen application, along with enhancing and customizing the functions and features of the Clarizen Instance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, business analysts, operations, etc. to ensure process alignment; also work closely with the finance team to control the overall investment spend
Manage the client's International Clarizen solution comprising of two components: administer and enhance the functions and features of the Clarizen product, along with streamlining and improving the Global Project Management Office business processes
Ensure adherence to Global Project Management Office’s Project Life Cycle and delivery methodologies, guidelines and policies through oversight and reporting
Manage the Project Management Office process and tool development, training and rollout


Minimum five years of experience in successfully delivering complex international projects with multiple stakeholders, preferably within a professional services firm
Bachelor's degree in from an accredited college or university
In-depth knowledge of Clarizen and its configuration and customization process
In-depth experience with formal systems development methodologies and ability to learn, utilize and improve the Global Project Management Life Cycle
Demonstrated excellent communication skills, analytical ability, strong judgment skills, strong supervisory skills, strong organizational skills; ability to work effectively with project team members, project sponsors, functional leads, and senior management
Strong PMO management and administrative knowledge
