e. Research on upcoming features and functionalities and update users
a. Implement out of the box enhancements in Salesforce
b. Estimate effort required for new changes that involves customization (coding etc.)
c. Maintain multiple Salesforce environments following industry best practices
d. Manage users in development and UAT environment
e. Manage deployment to environments
f. Manage migration of changes to production
3. Training and Documentation
a. Creation of user manual as per user request
b. Training and onboarding new business units
c. Maintain change log, security matrix etc.
a. Assist incident management team in issue resolution that involves Salesforce
b. Support intra company teams with query resolution on Salesforce connectors, API, interface requirements etc.
c. Provide weekly report on current active Salesforce users list, inactive users, users by division etc.
d. Assist project teams that involves Salesforce as an interfacing system
